Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest, and entrants are eligible to win Felicia Grady's ontests once every 6 months. All prizes will either be mailed or picked up at Realty Executives, 26650 The Old Road, Valencia, CA 91381. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 45 days of winning. In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its arrival. Felicia Grady is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize. Prizes are non transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
